Where We Ship

Currently, we ship within the United States only. This includes all 50 states and U.S. territories.

Processing Times

All of our ponchos are made to order with care. Orders are typically processed and printed within 5 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via USPS, FedEx and UPS, depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout. Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days after they leave our hands.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier, weather, or other external factors.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your poncho’s journey. You can also log into your account on our site to view your order status anytime.

If you don’t receive your tracking email within a few days of placing your order, check your spam folder or email us at orders@ponchocho.com.

Shipping to Hotels & Resorts

Yes! We’re happy to ship to hotels or resorts. Just be sure to include your reservation name and check-in date in the “Name” field at checkout, and use the hotel’s address for shipping. After placing your order, please email us so we can confirm everything. When you arrive, your poncho should be waiting at the concierge or front desk.

Shipping Issues

If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please first check with neighbors or your building’s front desk. Still no luck? Reach out to us—we’re happy to help investigate.
